Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach students Turkish foreigners's law as a neighbor branch of Turkish private international law during this periodwhen especially international relations in the field of private law are highly increased.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Evaluate in private international law the importance of public order and mandatory rules, acquired rights with respect to material law.
  • Obtain knowledge of national and international legislation regarding foreigners' law which consists mandatory and directly applicable rules.
  • Interpret national and international regulations on the protection foreign investments.
  • Interpret national and international regulations on the working rights of foreigners.
  • Interpret national and international regulations on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners.
